I was kind of apprehensive well-nigh ownership this because it was so cheap. However I idea with a solid ash trunk, maple cervix,
And rosewood finger board if it was decent how could you lot go incorrect.
All I tin say is wow! There were admittedly no flaws that I could notice!
Prepare up was smashing right out of the box. The neck has a flatter radius than a fender strat, for me that makes playing it easier because of my big hands. Feels and plays at least as well as the mim strat I had a number of years agone. Frets were dressed nicely and in that location were no fret sprouts at all. Satin finish on the neck makes playing a dream.

Fantastic & Beautiful- with just a wee scrap of work!

This is a fantastic musical instrument that will need simply a piddling fix piece of work, mostly dealing with slightly precipitous fret edges. The pickups are AlNiCo and each of the 5 positions sounds very unique - something I don?t find on other instruments as much. The Ash body is cute and the entire instrument feels really solid! I compare it to principal make guitars hands!

All-time Christmas Present

My son loves his new guitar, he has been wanting a guitar quite a while and it was the GREAT choice of guitar. I love everything from the customer service to the delivery. I will give 10 stars.

Oh I'll be getting another. Groovy piece at a cracking price. Was set upwardly pretty good. And I'm pretty picky when it comes to getting a guitar that's then far out of intonation that you lot have to showtime from scratch. I didn't do annihilation to this except change strings. I don't know what these are that came with it? But definitely don't feel like any D'Addario I e'er played..
Other than that awesome guitar and I'll be getting another.

great sounds

Large water stain in center piece of wood. Wanted to keep it simply the h2o stain is an eyesore. I wasn't happy with the 9.v lb weight and the iii slice body, just the audio was wonderful particularly positions 2 and 4 with the alnicos. Great value, simply the water stain raised negative comments from the wife and kids.

I would be happier with an unstained 1-2 piece ash body with the axe in the 7-8.5 pound range.

Without the h2o stain she would have been ok fifty-fifty with 3 pieces of ash.

Deluxe Tag is Misleading

This guitar is very heavy. Call up Les Paul weight. The bridge takes adjusting to if y'all're used to standard bridges. Palm has to be placed differently if you lot're looking for those sweetness palm muting tones. The span pickup tone is nearly unplayable. The middle and neck pickups are playable if the tone is cutting to a three or 4. Overall volume of guitar needs to be at an 7 or 8 when using overdrive otherwise there are some displeasing high pitched ear-piercing sounds. Pulling out the instrument cable requires a whole lot of forcefulness, probably 25 pounds of effort. The trunk is not a single piece of wood. This guitar is non worthy of a deluxe tag if there are so many negative things to study about information technology. Honestly my first Squier Bullet has a superior audio and playing experience. I regret buying this product, and wished I would have saved my money for a Mexican Stratocaster.

Cali DLX electric ??

The guitar came packaged well. Literally out of the box hardly required any tuning. Guitar plays nicely up and down the neck. Would purchase again with no hesitation.

Very playable guitar for $200 dollars shipped to my forepart door.

Picked this guitar up when it was xx% off. Torso is two pieces of forest, but matched well. It is more "red" than it looks in the pictures. The frets were scratchy when it was delivered. This disappeared with playing/string bending. The fret ends are not polish, just don't catch strings or cutting fingers.

Upkeep guitars used to be sad examples, but that is not the case with this guitar. If you lot are a beginner, this guitar will not concord y'all dorsum.
